I admit it. I’m her. I’m the one holding me back. Well, get out of your own way, then, duh!
Yes, I was thinking the same thing. And I’ve been trying to do that for quite some time.
But I’ve discovered something really interesting. You can desire (no “wanting” because you’ll be in “want” all day long…) everything and anything but until you clear all the stuff you very likely don’t even know is there, you’re in your own way.
So, how do you fix this, you wonder?
Get your brave face on, KNOW you’ll end up in a better place than where you are now, and then grab your battle gear and get to it.
My battle gear is otherwise known as my journal, a variety of pens, tissues, meditation, a mirror (the one in your bathroom will do fine), tapping, dance, your voice, to sing, rant or just talk or ask questions. Everybody has different gear and routines but the point is, you’re learning to HEAR your inner voice, the one that will ALWAYS point you in the right direction. If it scares you or your brain is saying “this is WAY out of my comfort zone!”, keep going!
