Did you know tonight’s a Full Moon? It is. And this, as I discovered just a few minutes ago, is a very powerful one. Big shifts happening. I’ve been working my way through a ton of stuff I didn’t even know was there! Sheesh!
Who knew the human body could hold so much stuff?
Anyway, I’ve got a few tips for taking advantage of this Full Moon.
1) If you’ve got a big goal, make a list of what’s keeping you from achieving said goal and burn it (safely, of course!) tonight. A little extra energy to help you clear a path to your goal!
2) If you’re journaling, let everything come on up and out, then clear it. Feel whatever you feel, without judgment. If you’re in tears, that’s a good thing, if a little scary. You’re letting go so you can move on to new and better!
3) Be kind and gentle with yourself. This can be tough when there’s so much emotion stirring and ready to be released and releasing itself, letting go of it, can be tough all by itself. It’s what you know, it’s comfy, but sometimes comfy isn’t doing us any favors. So let yourself let go so you can move into a brighter, better life!

our job is to get back up, dust yourself off, feel what you feel, deal with it, heal it if it needs it and then move on! And breathe.
Take some deep breaths, and feel whatever is there. Pain? Feel it. Frustration? Feel it. Anger? Sadness? Guilt? Feel all of it. Give yourself permission to feel it so you can drain it and move on to happiness because you deserve it!
